How to Order

Ordering from GGE follows six clear steps, designed for international buyers paying by bank transfer.

1. Inquiry. Message us on WhatsApp or use the contact form. Include the product or part numbers, quantity, and your destination port. Photos help.
2. Quotation. You receive a formal PDF quotation stating specification, price basis (FOB / CIF / CFR), validity and lead time.
3. Order confirmation. Confirm in writing and pay the 30% T/T deposit by bank transfer. We issue a proforma invoice for your payment.
4. Procurement & inspection. We procure or produce, then inspect your goods before loading and send you the photo and video report.
5. Balance & shipment. Pay the 70% balance against the copy of shipping documents. Originals are couriered to you, or telex release where suitable.
6. Arrival support. We remain available through customs clearance at your destination.

Payment methods: bank transfer (T/T). We do not accept cards or PayPal for trade orders.
Minimum order: varies by product — vehicles and machinery from one unit; parts and consumer goods typically by carton, pallet or container. Ask us.
